Accommodation
Our accommodation offerings
We have two tree-house style cabins, and a beautiful single storey barn conversion.
Our cabins have been designed to replicate bird lookouts but they are fitted with the highest quality furnishings and are extremely cosy and spacious.
Each cabin has two bedrooms, each simply but beautifully furnished with a super comfortable and generous super-king zip & link bed, allowing either double or single bed options, sumptuous duvets & pillows, and crisp white bedlinen.
The sitting area is fitted with a wood-burning stove, but they also benefit from underfloor heating making them suitable for all year round cosy stays. We want you to be able to enjoy your glamping experience whatever the British weather!
Each bathroom is decorated with stunning fittings and you can bathe surrounded by nature with our feature glass lookout, and shower surrounded by either Woodland glade or Jungle themed walls.
TV & Wi-fi are available, but we also offer the option to turn everything off for a few days. Please request this option upon booking and Tv’s and wi-fi will be removed for your stay.
Outside the surrounding deck you can relax in one of our wooden hot tubs, and sip a drink whilst bbq’ing under the canopy of the trees & the stars.
Our barn conversion 'Oak Den' is set at the front of our woodland copse and is surrounded by farmland. At certain times of the year the field in front of Oak Den is planted with wildflowers, and sheep often graze over the winter period.
There is a large completely enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, which has direct access to the field in front. From here there is a path leading to several walking trails around the area, providing the perfect location for four-legged friends and countryside rambling in particular!
The barn is very tastefully decorated with a contemporary relaxed vibe.
It has beautiful exposed brickwork, wooden beams, and a wood burning stove.
There is a generous sized kitchen, a quiet workspace (Wi-fi available throughout) and plenty of space to relax and restore.
As well as one large master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a cosy twin/double bedroom (Super-king zip & link), and a family bathroom with separate bath and shower.
The open plan living arrangement offers a cosy seating area, a dining table to seat four, and has bi-fold doors that open out onto the garden, enhancing the beautiful countryside setting.
Oak Den offers the perfect retreat for couples, friends and family staycations

BarnTrees is situated on our arable farm. Our neighbouring family owned farms have livestock, and you will often get to experience the sounds and smells of the great outdoors, or even possibly the lively experience of queuing behind a few dozen sheep or cattle as they make their journeys to the next fields!
We are on the edge of the wonderful little village of Clipston, which boasts a great village pub, The Bulls head, where you will find a warm welcome and great value, tasty pub food.
We also have a little marvel of a bake shed in the centre of the village for weekend homemade treats and bakes.
Our cabins are just a few moments walk along a private track where you can climb over a style into the neighbouring playing field, which handily has a great play area, a fantastic toddler play area, football goals, tennis courts (May need to book), and oodles of space to run around and picnic in.
BarnTrees is approximately 7 miles from the idyllic Market town of Market Harborough, and all conveniences can be sourced there, in addition to some excellent independent boutiques and a fine selection of shopping as well as a great variety of quality eateries.
We also have two fantastic farmshops on our doorstops, both with excellent cafes, Farndon Fields Farmshop. and The Barn at Welford Christmas Tree Farm, and there are a number of farm parks and childrens attractions aswell as Foxton Locks Canal.
There is an off road cycle trail along an unused train track only a few minutes up the road. Along which you can experience the dark tunnel as featured in Dr Who and cycle up to the newly opened Braybrooke Brewery, possibly the best brewery stop in Britain! to sample excellent local ales.
Please view our Local area pages for more details about the locality.

Meet your hosts!
Charlie & Sally
Charlie is a third generation farmer.
Together we have three children, Maisie, Archie, Bertie, & a gaggle of animals & pets!
BarnTrees has long been a vision of ours, and we are passionate about creating a very special place to bring friends and family together to enjoy the outdoors and make memories.
It has been an exciting (and very long) journey getting to the opening of our very first glampsite, but we are delighted with the results and hope you are too!
We have a history within the hospitality & tourism industry, and hope that our experiences will help to provide a unique and well designed accommodation offering.
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible and hope that we have thought of every detail so that you can have the most enjoyable stay.
We live just down the road from the site, so someone will always be around in the event that you may need our assistance.
